About me - I’ve been a nurse for 27 years. For the last 15 years I‘ve worked in surgery. I enjoy helping people. I love to learn and I love a challenge.
I have always dreamed of having my own business. I saw the potential in network marketing of making my dream life come true. The first company I joined had great products but I was taught to sell. sell, sell and getting a no means you are one step closer to a yes. I don’t know about you but I don’t like rejection. This was stressful. I desperately wanted to figure it out. What I learned on my journey is priceless.
What I learned
The key to network marketing is to build relationships. It is a teaching and mentoring business. It's NOT about getting somebody into your deal, like everybody else tries to do. The key is working with them to help build what THEY want, give them the training to become successful. For lifetime network marketing success, focus on relationship-building. Then you develop lifelong customers and business partners. What works are relationships! Think about it, the people that make the biggest difference in you life are those who care. How to build relationships.
MLM is about people not numbers. It's learning how to talk to people, developing your people skills. Study people …. that is what you will learned from Color To Success CD…. how to spot different personalities and listen to people. Now I listen and find out how I can help them and when I talk to them it is not a script. I say what should be said without thinking about a script. I have a conversation with them. You can tell how someone feels by really listening.
