1. Successful home base biz requires work. You must treat it as a job. It is not a pastime. It is not a hobby. It is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It is not a "do nothing, make money" proposition. It requires hard work on your part. You must dedicate time to your biz.

2. Successful MLM biz requires education and preparation. You must tap into professional training resources. You need to read, study and learn. With this knowledge you can replicate the success of others and increase the size of your organization.

3. Successful Network Marketing requires knowledge of the your best affiliate products. You must closely examine and the determine which ones will benefit your client the most.

4. Successful home base biz requires a well-planned and executed short and long term goals. You must understand your purpose and your purpose must be in-line with your goals and actions. If you do this properly you will remain focused and obstacles will disappear.

5. Successful Network Marketing requires constantly improving your communication skills and becoming more. To have massive success in NMW you must become a leader. Learn how to brand yourself.

6. Successful MLM biz requires understanding the Internet. You must know how to drive traffic to your website without wasting advertising dollars. You must attract huge numbers to stay on your website to read your message. Happy views will want what you have.

7. Successful Work at Home biz requires ongoing familiarity with the latest marketing strategies and techniques. You must keep up to date on the cutting edge in the industry. You need to never rest in your quest to be the best. Knowledge is power.

These are The 7 Principles of the Successful Network Marketing. If you are not prepared to implement them to the best of your ability, you are wasting your time. Do something else! Network Marketing Business and the Carpenter

Folks in MLM love to stories. This story "Network Marketing business and the Carpenter" is by Garth Coward.

Here’s a story about a carpenter, but it could be about you and your network marketing business.

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house construction business and live a more leisurely life with his wife enjoying his extended family.

He would miss the paycheck, but he needed to retire. They could get by. The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor.

The carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that his heart was not completely in his work…he had forgotten why he had loved building homes for most of his life. He resorted to poor workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end his career.

When the carpenter finished his work and the builder came to inspect the house, the contractor handed the front-door key to the carpenter. “This is your house,” he said, “my gift to you.”

What a shock! What a shame! If the carpenter had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently. Now he had to live in the home he had built none too well.

So it is with us. We often work on our networking business in a distracted way…unfocused, unclear why we got into the business in the first place.
