Pick a place and a time where you can escape the phone ringing, the chores of cooking meals and all the other daily necessities that clutter our mind and keeps 'the distracting noise' clouding our thoughts. This is your time, embrace it.
Journal It. Hear It. Talk It. Live It.
During your time with yourself, take time to reflect and revel about yourself. Realize that you have only control over yourself and your actions. This time is ALL about YOU, grab it and don't let go!
Work through any turmoil you are experiencing, forgive actions of other that have angered you, rejoice in happiness you are personally feeling and celebrate accomplishments of your personal goals.
Create positive self-talk and express it in writing, repeat it to yourself, post signs throughout your entire house reinforcing your journey and progress to believing.

MLM SUCCESS | Do NOT Approach Family And Friends
Folks who want MLM success will generally do what their upline tells them to until they figure out it does not work! Read Jill's story: Jill says,
"Yes, you read that correctly. Do NOT approach family and friends when you are starting a new home based business. Unfortunately, this is not what is taught by most of these types of companies.
The Dreaded List Of Family & Friends
Most home based business have you create a list of friends and family to get your business started. Well, I don't know about you, but I would have rather walked across hot burning coals than to turn to my friends and family to start building my customer list.
Now don't get me wrong, I loved my products but I didn't want my company built on sympathy purchases. You know, those purchases one make just because you don't want to hurt someone's feeling.
The Sympathy Purchase
Find the cheapest item possible.
Purchase it.
Do not spend a bunch of money.
How To Build Your Home Based Business Without Approaching Family And Friends
First, understand that most home based businesses will take time to build. Stay away from the instant, get rich, make money in your sleep programs. They don't work.
The best way to never have to approach your family and friends is to focus on investing your valuable time with a home based business that has a duplicatable program.
The Duplicatable Program
Why is duplication important?
Well, I remember with the first home based business (I'm not with them anymore) the tools I had to build my business was a DVD video that was full of hype, a worksheet to list friends and family, and a powerpoint presentation for a notebook presentation.
Wow! These tools did not work for me and they were not working for the majority of the people in the company.
It wasn't until later that I discovered that there are home based businesses out there that have real tools that worked.
For example, online tools (not your business website) that attract customers for you. Interactive training calls where you can learn how to be totally non-threatening and learn how to spot a person's personality type within 1-2 minutes on the phone. Resource guides that give you tested, proven, successful scripts and step-by-step how to instructions.
When there's a duplicatable system, it is easy to plug in and start building without approaching friends and family.

MLM Success | Goal Setting
I’m often asked “How important is goal setting in MLM success?” You may be surprised by my answer. The standard answer is goal setting is one of the most important things you must do to have MLM success. I don’t totally disagree. I agree that it is important to know where you want to go and to have a plan on getting there. My problem comes with the rigidity that some people have towards their goals and how it can stifle their MLM success.
Frozen Solid
I’ll use myself as an example, I don’t set any hard, fast goals, per say. I’ve always had a problem with that little voice in the back of my head saying if you don’t reach your goal you’re a failure. Talk about pressure! When I used to set the “typical goal”, i.e. I will be at this position by a certain date, I will have this much money in my bank account by that certain date, I would practically freeze. I would not be able to do anything. I was afraid of failure. Not a good way to attain MLM success!
What’s a non goal setter to do?
Now what I find helpful is to set a daily plan of activity. For example, in order to have success in MLM you must have a continuous flow of people to talk to. I now to focus on the activity of keeping the pipeline full and letting the outcome of people joining me in my business take care of itself.
Focus on the task at hand
I am a task master, give me a job to do and consider it done. Now I focus on the activity. I focus on the success of having accomplished that task. I also know that by accomplishing easy to do, proactive tasks my goals are moving toward me. Much less pressure and stress involved with that way of thinking! I can do a little something everyday, be successful at that, and feel good about what I am accomplishing.
Goal Setting success
If you’re like me and goals tend to stress you out making you feel like a failure. Try to focus on the daily activities you need to accomplish in order for you to attain you ultimate goal. Break it down into little daily doable chunks, and then focus on accomplishing those tasks. Let yourself feel successful in accomplishing the small things. If you stay in activity and keep yourself focused on the small stuff you will see your small successes grow into big ones. That’s how I’ve achieved MLM success through goal setting.

MLM success- A total body experience
MLM success is desired by many. Success is a total body experience. It involves developing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness.
When your life is in balance than you will feel at ease with yourself and others will be attracted to you.
On your journey to the top many experience MLM fever. This is when all you can think of is your MLM business. It becomes all consuming. A raging fever sweeps through out your body. Your body craves for the success others have experienced. Your visualization of success is so vivid that you can taste it. Oh sweet, sweet success. Other things in your life are placed on hold. This produces unbalance.
The following are guide lines for balanced life:
Physical- Your body is a tool so make sure it can perform at its optimal level by eating right, getting adequate rest, and regular exercise.
Mental- Few have what it takes. Take time to develop mental strength, disciple and self-control.
Developing your why for MLM success will aid you to remain focused. Know what you are working toward.
Leave bad decisions and mistakes in the past.
Be conscience of your thoughts and make them count. Your mind matters.
When faced with a choice, evaluate and make wise decisions. Than take responsibility for your choices.
It is good to have long term goals, short term memory and at the same time delight in the moment. The journey for MLM success might be a few months or a couple of years.
Live the entire experience including sights, smells, sounds, feelings, ..all of it from the beginning to end and enjoy the process. savor and enjoy every moment as you travel to the top with your own MLM success story.
Emotional- Exchange your negative energies of fear, anger, hate, doubt to love, conviction and courage.
Spiritual- Find God's purpose for your life. Be aligned with His will. Fill your cup with His goodness.
Focusing your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual energies with full conviction and commitment will help you to maintain a balanced life.
A balanced life is attractive to others and folks will be asking to join you your MLM business. There is a saying 'to make more, become more.'

Network Marketing Success Secrets Made Simple
To achieve success in network marketing, it is helpful to know the characteristics of successful people. By attempting to emulate these characteristics and by being in touch with your own dreams and goals, you will realize an increased level of success and personal fulfillment.
Success in network marketing is something for which every network marketer strives but which most never reach.
But what is success and how does one attain it?
To understand this, let us examine the word and look at the characteristics of successful people. Perhaps such an examination will enlighten us.
What is success?
Webster defines success as "a favorable outcome or result."
Characteristics of successful people:
Successful people have a purpose upon which they can build their dreams and goals. It is their "why." They have a deep belief in and conviction about their dreams. They are passionate. They don't allow their doubts to destroy their dreams.
Successful people set goals. Goals are dreams with dates attached.
Successful people are focused. They prioritize, and they separate the important from the urgent. They are able to distinguish their wants from their needs.
Successful people are persistent. They attempt, and they keep working until they succeed. It is not whether they make mistakes or even temporarily fail that makes a difference, but rather, it is how they respond to setbacks.
Successful people are solution oriented. They spend most of their time thinking creatively of solutions rather than dwelling on the difficulties of problems.
Successful people are curious and driven to continue learning. Ultimate success comes to those who train continually. School is never out for them because they are committed to learning and growing.
Successful people are balanced in all areas of their lives: spiritual, physical, mental, and social.
Successful people are committed to excellence. They think of ways to improve and are personally compelled to do their best each day.
Successful people count their blessings and are involved in service to others.
Successful people are positive. They know what they want and with singleness of mind can positively and purposefully pursue their goals.
Are you the kind of person described above? Do you know you can change your life for the better in an instant? You can make an immediate decision to become more aware of how you are living your life. You have a God-given power to choose a life of self-improvement.
Success in network marketing is a journey; it is not a short stroll. Think of success not as a mountain to climb, but as a high plateau upon which to walk--it is how you stand and talk, laugh and listen, along the way. Integrity is the essence of your being. You should continually challenge yourself with excellence and productivity and, daily, pledge to improve yourself and others. What's passing in front of you is life's moving parade.
How driven are you with your purpose and goals? Are you obsessed with your deepest desires? Are you motivated enough to persistently search for success? If so, you have a huge "why."
Start today. Take one step at a time. Knowing your reason for wanting success, developing your "why," or purpose, is the first step. Your "why" will inspire you to remain focused and will move you into action. Without a "why," there is no hope.
Write down your three biggest reason you must be successful. This is real life. Send them to your upline. If you do not have support from them than send your "why" to me.
Ninety percent of people who start their business never write down their reasons. So if you do, it's a very good indicator of your success.
